Christchurch Carnival Request

I have summarised a couple of emails I've received from Julie about the Christchurch carnival procession:
Do you know anyone who would be interested in participating in the carnival procession on Sunday 18th August, starting at the civic offices Bridge Street, Christchurch at around 3pm, and moving slowly to Christchurch Quay arriving approximately 45 minutes later.
If there are a few of your lovely vehicles involved then a trophy would be arranged by the committee. Allowing the public to vote on the best car on the day.
We are a charity committee who raise money for local Christchurch charities and projects. We would really appreciate your participation in our carnival.
